Identification: Your registration voucher will be your guest ID during your stay. For your own safety, keep this voucher and show it to our staff when is required.
Seamanship assistance:
CNAM offers 24 security and ship-crew service. If you need assistance, please contact by phone (+34) 669895492 or by vhf station in channel 9
Access to facilities:
Remember to ask for your entry card, which ill allow you the access to dressing rooms, showers, laundry service and entrance/exit doors. A 20 € deposit is required, which will be returned when you give the entry card back.
Reception service:
Come to reception in order to get any other information related to your stay and our facilities, or in case you need any help or guidance.

Laundry: Self-service laundry service is located at the dressing rooms area. If you wish to enjoy this service, get your tokens at the club reception.
Pool: You are welcome to enjoy the club swimming pool. Find the opening times below:

June 24 until September 12: Everyday from 10 AM to 9 PM
September 18 until September 26: Weekends from 10 AM to 7 PM
Club Nàutic Restaurant:
The club's restaurant offers a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine dishes, and it works with high - quality local products. CNAM restaurant serves daily menus, as well as fresh fish and different types of rices. Book your table with sea views at the restaurant terrace, or book the catering service on board.

COVID19: Protect yourself & protect us: According to the current regulation, it is mandatory to use the mask in public areas, inside and outside the club. Remember there is hydrogel at your disposal in different locations in the club (reception, main entrance, restaurant, members area and ship crew office).
Passerby rules:
We ask all our guests to respect CNAM rules, in order to guarantee the quality of your stay.
RESPECT CLUB TRANQUILITY: Control noise levels at your mooring, in order to respect other customers and members rest.
PETS AT THE CLUB: We are a pet friendly club. Dogs are welcome to our facilities. We ask kindly to all our clients using our facilities to follow the rules you can read below, in order to promote a good coexistence:
· Keep your dog on a leash at all times
· Pick and clean your dogs feces
· Avoid any damage at our facilities, and take full responsibility in case damage is done.
· Do not access inside our members club and our restaurant.
CUSTOMER ID: Remember to carry your registration voucher with you when you move around our facilities. Our staff can ask for it anytime to identify you as a customer.
BOAT DOCUMENTS: It is mandatory to provide the ship-crew with your boat documents: navigation permission and boat insurance. All documents will be returned to you on your departure date.
GARBAGE: We ask your passerby clients to throw their garbage in the designated containers located at Gunway X (check point X on the map). We ask for your cooperation by keeping our facilities clean.
